"hey i'm going to go find a place for us to sit 'kay?" she said to ryuua. she picked up her tray with her coffee on it and found two armchairs in a corner. she sat down and drank some of her coffee. she slouched a bit and closed her eyes, thinking about her next move.

"I'll have one hazelnut please." Ryua said. She payed the price and dropped 5 coins on the tips bowl. She then returned to asami, who seemed to be thinking deeply. "The case is really hard if you're thinking like that," She said, "Maybe I should take the Stare Alchemist Application Exam, or something like that, so I can help you guys. Besides, I have nothing to fear, I'm a girl right?" She smiled, then she thought about Reika and Winry back in Rizenbul.

asami grinned. "that's right! the state alchemist exam is coming up!" she took another sip of her coffee and bit into her scone. "hope you pass it!" she said ethusiastically. then something 'struck' (meaning she pretended she thought of something) her mind. "hey... you know what else they have in common?!" she said, starting to get excited. "they all guarded the 5th labratory! THE ONE THAT WAS BEHIND THE JAIL!" she quickly dialed haku's cellphone number. "oi HAKU! I THINK I KNOW ANOTHER THING ALL STATE ALCHEMISTS HAD IN COMMON!!!!" people in the coffee shop started to stare at her. she didn't notice and then said very fast and quietly, "they all were guarding or working in the 5th lab. yeah the one behind the jail." haku wildly typed on the computer she was on. she pulled up all of the state alchemist's profiles. "oh yeah! the night they were murdered they were either in or near the 5th lab! YES DR. KURUMI! YOU'RE A GENIUS!" haku exclaimed excitedly.

Iuryu sighed, then hung up. "Don't get into any trouble..." she muttered, dumping the liquid from one vial to an empty one and almost blowing herself up. Almost; had there not been a sieve between the two containers.

asami looked at ryua. "you know what? i have no idea what's inside the 5th lab either... i thought the 5th lab was supposed to be an abandoned lab... but if it were abandoned, why would all of those state alchemists be guarding that place?" asami thought. "maybe they're conducting human experiments..." asami laughed, "yeah right!"

Ryua's eyes widened. "It can't be! Human transmutation is illegal!" Then a lightbulb appeared above her head. "Maybe it does not have any relation to the 5th lab....but to the jail behind it."

"human transmutation? you mean when an alchemist tries to transmute a human being into something? wouldn't the fuhrer know about it though... 'cause that lab belongs to the military... something as huge as this can't be going unnoticed right underneath his nose..." asami thought. "do you know anyone who has any close encounters with human transmutation? or is researching about it?"

Ryua shook her head. "None yet...unless you include the Elric Brothers." Ryua stood up, thinking of something. "Can you wait here for a while? I forgot something." She lied. In truth, she's attempting to know what's inside the 5th lab.

asami nodded her head and slumped back into her chair. "the elric brothers eh? maybe i should go find them and interrogate them... wait... elric.. elric.. EDWARD ELRIC?! the full metal alchemist??" she thought. "isn't colonel roy mustang supposed to be in charge of them?" she brushed her black hair and started rubbing her temples. then maes hughes popped up. "uh..." asami said blinking at hughes, then she remember who he was. "AH! hello!" she said. she started to raise her hand up into a salute when hughes waved it away. "is this chair open?" he asked. "oh.. ryua-chan should be coming back... she wanted to get something..." she went to get a chair from a nearby table and sat it down. "here you go. this chair is free." she smiled. hughes thanked her and sat down. "so..." asami said staring at her reflection in her coffee. her green eyes blinked and she took a sip from the coffee. hughes took his glasses off and rubbed his eyes, he put them back on. "i'm... very sorry for you loss... kurumi-san..." he said quietly. asami felt her nose burning, her throat felt like there was something in there. hughes looked away and handed her a hankerchief. "it seems like it's raining huh?" she smiled weakly. she thanked hughes and took the hankerchief. she rubbed her eyes and set it down on the table. she took a napkin from the table and blew her nose in it. "hey.. it's been a while since ryua came back..." she said. "oh no.. she didn't go..."

minutes later Roy and Iuryu arrived at the cafe. walking around they finally found asami and ryua in the corner of the coffe shop.

OOC: remember.. ryuua went off to go "get something" wen really she's going to the 5th lab change ryua to hughes.
asami saw roy and iruyu approaching she quickly wiped her eyes and waved them over. "hey! wait.. you guys didn't get any coffee... oh right... i need to go give haku-chan her coffee and scone.." she fumbled around and managed to hold the scone and coffee. hughes asked if he could help her, but asami shook her head. "bye guys! and hughes.." she whispered to him "keep the death of my sister secret please.." she fast walked out of the cafe, and walked to haku.

Ryua found hard to make sure no one saw her (she even had to knock an alchemist down using a fishing rod) She was now at the entrance to the 5th lab. "I'm sure the motive of the killer is inside here...or the jail. I have to know what's inside!" She already transmutated water into something harder that is shaped like the keyhole of the door. She turned the "key" and was about to open it when...
((ooc: Note: I shall leave what happened to Ryua to you guys, I'll get back to Reika))
Reika had arrived at Central. She told Winry that she has to tell Ryua about what she had heard. So with bravery, she started looking for her.
She ended at the same cafe the others were. Entering the cafe, she waved to Roy and Iuryu.
"Iuryu-san! Kikoy-san!" She greeted.
((translation: Iuryu-san: Ms. Iuryu. Kikoy-san: Mr. Kikoy. Reika gave Roy a nickname wich was Kikoy XD))

at the cafe door she passed someone who looked just like ryuua. asami stopped she twirled around and green eyes stared at reika, "ryuua-chan? i thought you went to the 5th lab..." asami let her black hair down from it's bun.
